22nd International Colloquium on Automata, Languages, and Programming Szeged, Hungary, July 10--14, 1995 There are several stations in Budapest. Trains to Szeged leave from the Nyugati pályaudvar (West Station). You can hear how I pronounce Nyugati pályaudvar. How can I reach the Nyugati pályaudvar (West Station)? From the airport The airport has a minibus service. For 600 HUF the minibus takes you to an arbitrary point of Budapest city (e.g. Nyugati pályaudvar). After landing, while waiting for your luggages you can change money and order this service. A less expensive way is to use public transport. By bus #93 go to last station and transfer to the blue metro line. This metro line has a station called Nyugati pályaudvar. Please note that the taxi service is very expensive and unreliable. From other railway stations If you arrive at the Keleti pályaudvar (East Station) or the Déli pályaudvar (South Station), then take the red metro line to the Deák tér Station and transfer to the blue metro line. Please note that pre-purchased tickets should be bought for local transport. One ticket costs 35 HUF, you can buy it in kiosks, metro stations, railway stations, tobacconists. Train timetable
