This website details a project that was done for the 19th Summer School in Image Processing (SSIP 2011), which was held in Szeged, Hungary, from the 7th - 16th July 2011. Our project, entitled "Tracking tubes", was intended to utilise the team's knowledge and skills in image processing to develop a program that managed to tracking tubes, define its medial axis, build a tree and label each level. With the help of this website we would also like to thank the organizers of this Summer School, without whom this beautiful experiences would not have been possible. We had a lovely time here in Szeged.
