XEEMU is a configurable runtime and power simulator for the Intel(c) XScale(c) architecture. In contrast to other simulators, it targets one specific, existing architecture and also includes the cycle accurate simulation of an SDRAM subsystem. It was validated against measurements on the ADI(c) 80200 EVB evaluation board and it proved very high accuracy in both runtime and power consumption estimation. XEEMU is available under GPL from this website.
