Dr. Szilveszter Pletl was born in Subotica, Serbia, in 1962. He received his M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the Faculty of technical sciences at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, in 1987, and his Ph.D. degree in engineering disciplines of electrical engineering disciplines from the Technical University of Budapest in 2001. His current interests include research and development of intelligent solutions for industrial applications and wireless sensor networks.
