The welcome reception will take place on Monday from 19:00 in room Attila of the conference hotel (Mercure Hotel Buda).
The sightseeing tour and the conference dinner will be on Wednesday:
15:45 Meeting at hotel (Mercure Hotel Buda) lobby
16:00 Departure from the hotel for a sightseeing tour by coach with English speaking guide. During the 3 hours of the tour you can discover the Heroes’ Square, walk around the Buda Castle and enjoy the view from the Citadel.
19:30 Arrival at a Hungarian folklore restaurant. During the dinner (3 course menu) you can enjoy traditional folklore show. Arrival at Mercure Hotel Buda around 22:30.
