13th Symposium on Programming Languages and Software Tools
 Szeged, Hungary
August 26-27, 2013

Venue

SPLST'13 will take place at Szeged, Hungary. The symposium will be held at the building of the Regional Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Szeged, Somogyi utca 7).

From Budapest (Airport or City Center) to Szeged by Train

There is direct train connection going from Budapest Airport Terminal 1 to Szeged. Since flights arrive to Terminal 2, we suggest to take the bus line numbered 200 (which requires a ticket on its own) and get off at Terminal 1 to take the train. Trains are available hourly from 6:13am till 9:13pm (at the airport), originally departing from the Budapest Western Railway Station (Nyugati Pályaudvar in Hungarian) 20 minutes earlier.

For more information on railway departures and arrivals visit Elvira, the Hungarian State Railways online timetable.

Around Szeged

The symposium venue is in the very center of Szeged. If you are coming from the train station straight to the venue, you can take tram lines 1 or 2 till the fourth stop and walk from there.

On the web page of SZKT (local public transportation company), you can find more information on tram and trolleybus timetables and a map of network. Information on local bus lines is available on the web page of Tisza Volan (another local public transportation company).

It's worth noting that most of the hotels in Szeged are within a walking distance of the symposium location.
