Presentations
Talks should be planned for a total of 20 minutes (15 min presentation + 5 min discussion) in English.The lecture hall will be equipped with beamer and a computer running Windows will be provided with PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader.
Speakers are kindly requested to arrive in the lecture hall 10 minutes before their session is scheduled to begin in order to introduce themselves to the session chair and check the facilities to ensure that their presentation will run smoothly.
A member of the organization committee will be present to help with the technical preparation.
