Accomodation

We encourage you to reserve your hotel asap, as for close dates there is no available room already. For the time interval of 5-9 September (Monday to Friday) there are still available rooms in hotels. To help your choice, for 5-9 September we contracted a contingent of 25 rooms in the 4* ART Hotel with breakfast at the price of 22 000, or 28 000 HUF (depending on whether single or double use, both per night). The current exchange rates are 383 HUF = 1 EUR and 367 HUF = 1 USD. The hotel is 94 meters away from the conference site. The rooms are air-conditioned, buffet breakfast is included, you can use the wellness facilities of the hotel, free internet access, satellite tv, safe, hair dryer. The rooms have to be paid 7 days in advance, a limited form of cancellation is possible (2 days the latest before the first day). This possibility exists till the 20th of June on a first come first served basis.
