Oral presentations:

Each paper is allocated 20 minutes. This includes time required for introduction of the speaker, as well as time for questions from the audience. Authors are kindly asked to prepare a 16-17-minute talk, and leave some time for questions at the end.

The lecture hall will be equipped with beamer and a computer running Windows will be provided with PowerPoint 2007 and Acrobat Reader 9.4.1. The beamer resolution will be 1024 x 768.

Speakers are kindly requested to arrive in the lecture hall 10 minutes before their session is scheduled to begin in order to introduce themselves to the session chair and check the facilities to ensure that their presentation will run smoothly.

A member of the Organizing Committee will be present to help with the technical preparation.
