Announcement
The Conference of PhD Students in Computer Science (CSCS) provides a scientific forum for PhD student to present their ongoing research work. This year, our plan is to hold the conference offline to enable participation in interesting and fruitful discussions, and meeting other young researchers in Szeged, the beautiful city of sunshine.
Topics of Interest
All aspects of computer science and related fields, including theory and applications, e.g.:
- Algorithms and Data Structures
- Artificial Intelligence
- Automata and Formal Languages
- Databases, Fuzzy Theory
- Image Processing, Optimization
- Software Engineering
- Computer Engineering
CSCS will provide a forum for the
- presentation of the latest research and developments in theory, algorithms, and applications of computer science and engineering,
- reporting of interesting case studies in industrial and scientific applications of computer science and engineering,
- demonstration of software for computer science.
Publications
A volume of short papers will be available at the beginning of the conference. Each paper will be reviewed before the acceptance. Selected papers will be invited to be submitted as full papers to a special issue of the Acta Cybernetica (abstracted by Mathematical Reviews, Computing Reviews, and Zentralblatt für Mathematics, also indexed by Scopus and DBLP) journal.

| May 29, 2026 | Deadline for the conference registration and camera ready submission. |
| July 1, 2026 | CSCS starts. |
| September 18, 2026 | Deadline for the submission of the full papers. |
