Sokszorosan hibas cikkek tucatjai talalhatoak vezeto fizikai folyoiratokban es magazinokban az informacio torlese soran fellepo energia diszipaciot illetoen, tovabba ennek a termikus demonokra valo (szinten hibas) kovetkezteteseikkel. A problema gyokerenek vizsgalata azt mutatja, hogy a hiba forrasa az informacios entropia fizikai jelentesenek alapveto felreertesebol ered. A memoriaban tarolt adatok torlesi disszipacioja nem fugghet az adat informacios entropiajatol, ami altalaban nulla. A Kolgomorov-mertek a relevans mennyiseg, de annak szinten nincs koze az energia disszipaciohoz.
A korrekt konkluzio: Az adat torles soran fellep energia disszipacio also hatara nulla, de ha az irodalomban talalhato altaanosan elfogadott definiciot kovetjuk, akkor negativ is lehet. A konkluziot gyakorlati peldakkal is alatamasztjuk.
