The section described 2 desktop and 5 cloud, web based project management tools for various use cases and organizations.

Choosing a tool always begins with the definition of needs, processes and budgets – by knowing what the market provides the selection is easier.

The most important rule of selection is that to manage a successful project, processes have to be described, the organization should be able to carry out goals no matter which tool is used for project management. Processes and maturity of the organization are essential, an aid by a tool is to enhance efficiency but is not accountable for success or failure. The tool itself must accommodate to the organization, not vice-versa.
